I have dearVR MIX-SE – what happens now?

As all Dear Reality plugins, dearVR MIX-SE will no longer be developed or maintained. However, you can download the plugin for free. Alternatively, you can install dearVR MIX and benefit from its extended spatial headphone compensation list which includes 55 headphones.

What happens with my dearVR MONITOR plugin?

You should have already received an email from Dear Reality with the latest installer. In case you haven’t received the email, please check your SPAM folder or reach out to our support.

Where can I login to my Dear Reality account?

With the sunset of the Dear Reality website, all of our customer accounts were taken out of service. A Sennheiser account is not equal to a Dear Reality account.

Where do I find the free Dear Reality plugins?

After filling out the form on this site, you will get a confirmation mail. After clicking the confirmation button in that one you will get another mail with the installers of Dear Reality's free plugins. If you have a Sennheiser account, the plugins will not be added to it.
