You can cancel your booking, but your refund depends on when you cancel and whether the landlord has approved your request. Before the landlord approves your booking, you can cancel at any time without charges. After approval, the refund is based on how early you cancel: a full refund if within 24 hours after booking or 60+ days before check-in, 50% if 30-59 days before, and no refund if 29 days or less before check-in. The Spotahome fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
