Is the Free Plan really free?

Yes! It’s not a trial and it’s free forever. Wistia’s Free Plan comes with 10 videos, 200 GB of bandwidth per month, basic analytics, and the ability to customize the player to match the look and feel of your brand.

What’s the difference between included media and the total media limit?

Included media is the number of video or audio files you can upload to Wistia at no extra charge. Once you’ve hit your included media limit, you can still upload audio or video files to Wistia—for a small additional cost. The total media limit refers to the maximum number of video or audio files you can upload to Wistia on any plan.

What counts as a “media file”?

Any file you upload counts as a media file. We suggest sticking to video and audio.

I want to add more team members to Wistia. Can I purchase additional users?

Yes! Every paid Wistia plan comes with a set number of included users. If you’d like to invite more teammates beyond that, you can add them for $20 per user, per month. Extra users are billed monthly—even if you’re on an annual plan—until your renewal date.
