How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You will be asked to enter your credit card information to start the trial, but your card will not be charged until the end of the 7 days. You can cancel your trial at any time and your card will not be charged. We'll send you a reminder email three days before your trial ends. Please note that certain features are not available on the free trial (like exporting lists and the concierge service). We make it easy to end your trial early if you need to use those features.

How does the search quota work?

Each time you (or someone in your team) search for podcasts or episodes in Rephonic we count that as a search. Although if you search for the same keyword multiple times during a single session it will only be counted once. The quota is shared with everyone on your team. Modifying the advanced search filters does not increase your usage. If your chosen plan comes with a maximum number of searches per month, and you use them all, then you will no longer be able to use the search feature unless you upgrade. However your lists and other features will continue to work. The quota resets on the day of the month that you were first billed, i.e. your billing period.

What is your cancelation policy?

You can cancel your free trial or subscription at any time from the billing page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period and your card will not be charged again. There is no penalty or notice period.

What is your refund policy?

If you did not use the service (for example: if you forgot to cancel) we will fully refund your last payment up to a maximum of 30 days after it was charged. Learn more about our refund policy You can cancel your free trial or subscription at any time from the billing page.
